Low Season : $145/night

Mid Season : $165/night
1st March-23rd March; 10th April-12th June; 20 October-3rd November
High Season : $180/night
24th March-9th April; 13th June-20th August; Thanksgiving Week
Easter : $200/night
One week either side of Easter weekend
Christmas : $200/night
16th December-1st January
All prices quoted are subject to 13.5% Florida State tax

Other Information

The minimum rental is 5 nights during low season or 7 nights during mid and high seasons.

Rentals of less than 7 nights incur an $85 charge for cleaning.

Pool heat is an additional $40 per week. Pool heat is recommended from October through April.

COVID 19
We strongly urge you to have adequate travel insurance and that it covers costs concerning illness, cancellation and in the case of overseas guests, repatriation due to Covid19. We have always worked with guests to ensure you have the best possible experience with us. But we hope you understand that as a small business, we have no choice but to stand firm on our cancellation policies.
The rules of contact, quarantine and isolation change on a regular basis - sometimes even daily. While we diligently update our website, the guidelines written here may have changed since we published on 5th June 2020. We will always send you current terms and conditions at the time of booking, but if you have any specific queries or concerns, please do contact us. We will answer you generally within 24 hours.
